Tell us what you were trying to do, what happened, and whether you were using Android, iPhone, or a web browser. Include your device model and app version if you know them.

A screenshot or the exact error message can help. Please leave out passwords, verification codes, private recordings, and group invitation passwords.

For help accessing your account or a request about your personal data, email us from the address associated with your Insiyah account. We may need to verify ownership before making changes.
